We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, AWS, and modern databases. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading technical design, solving complex problems, and building scalable systems.

What you will do:

* Architect and deliver scalable, secure software solutions

* Lead technical design for complex features and epics

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality outcomes

* Mentor engineers and champion best practices

* Guide system architecture, integrations, and performance improvements

What we are looking for:

* 12 plus years of software development experience

* Deep hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, AWS services

* Strong database expertise with MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and MySQL

* Experience with event driven architecture or rules engines

* Strong communication and leadership skills
